1. App Store license
HaruTail is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the product page supplies a valid custom EULA.
2. Date calculations
Date, age, weekday, anniversary, and countdown results are convenience information. Calendar rules, holidays, policies, contracts, and official deadlines can differ. The App is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice. Verify important deadlines with the governing official source.
3. Lifetime premium
The non-consumable lifetime product unlocks the features described on the purchase screen. Apple handles payment, refunds, and restoration. It is not an auto-renewing subscription; the App Store shows the local price before purchase.
4. Virtual progress
Pet levels, meals, achievements, and family members are fictional content with no cash value and cannot be transferred. The App has no chance-based paid reward.
5. Data and availability
Records are stored locally and, with an active personal iCloud account, in the user’s CloudKit private database. Local-only data may be lost when the App is deleted. Synchronization is asynchronous and immediate restoration is not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
The HaruTail name, original characters, icon, and branded art belong to their respective rightsholder and are not included in the source-code license unless expressly stated. Animal breed names are descriptive. HaruTail is not affiliated with any third-party virtual-pet brand.
7. Acceptable use and consumer rights
Do not use the App or assets to infringe rights, bypass purchase controls, distribute malware, or violate law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
